tekak ku!

tekak aku saket la! nape tah.. bgn pagi je dah serak2 suare aku. tah2 kene selsema b**i tak..?! antara tanda selsema tuuuttt tu ialah :

* Fast breathing or trouble breathing

* Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and worse cough

* Fever with a rash
* Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

* Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen

* Sudden dizziness

* Confusion

adakah anda ada tanda2 ini? segeralah berjumpa doktor yang bole dipercayai. heheheh~
